DELIVERY POLICIES

Items are posted 2-5 days after purchase, items bought Saturday are posted on a Monday or

Tuesday if a bank holiday.

 

Processing times - 2-5 days for items in stock and 5-14 days for made to order items, excluding weekends.

This includes the time it takes to make an order, then pack ready to post to the address in your order.

Orders sent signed for, with an option to upgrade to special delivery

Once posted, your order will normally arrive in 2-3 days (1st class) and 3-5 days (2nd class)
 

ADDRESS
make sure your address is up to date  as I am not responsible if your item is sent to the wrong address.

UNDELIVERED / DELAYED ITEMS

If for any reason your item is undelivered by Royal Mail and not collected from the sorting office and returned to me in an unused state, then a full refund will be issued on request.

 

**Delays due to strikes**
I can no longer issue refunds for items posted but delayed The strikes are not my fault, If you don’t want the items when they arrive then please send it back and I'll gladly issue a refund, items are just taking a bit longer to arrive.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING INFORMATION 2022 (shipping within the UK only)

Postage - added to the price of your item and depends on items ordered and weight. Items are posted using Royal Mail's signed for service to make sure your handmade items arrive safely

Postage - combined for multiple orders, but any excess over extra weight is refunded back to the payment method used.


 

Packaging - this is the cost of tissue paper, ribbon, cardboard boxes (new) mailing bags (recycled) not as pretty as new but stops them going to landfill. Items are wrapped in tissue and tied with ribbon/brown string as standard. Gift boxes are extra.


CHRISTMAS CLOSING DATES
**around 18th December, for items 2nd class signed for, any orders after this will be sent out on 6th January**

 

Returns & exchange DETAILS

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (non-refundable) and please obtain proof of posting when returning items.
Items not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to health/hygiene reasons, returns not accepted on face coverings or headbands & scrunchies.
No return = no refund (refunds take 3-5 working days)

REFUNDS
once the item has been returned, a refund of the original purchase price and original postage costs (unless Free P&P then only the purchase price will be refunded)
